In Nok Auto Repairs the mission is to repair cars. Since almost every body wants a car but they don't like to get dirty, we will do it for they. Cars are a really expensive think to have and also required a lot of time, but some people really need cars for work and we want to make their life a little easier. I think they would be a lot of consequences if our organization didn't exist because is not only that you could break something in your car and will not work any more and that means spend more money, but the really problem that I realize now, is that being a mechanic is really dangerous and you can kill your self, you need to memorize a lot of think and practice, and people dosen't want and don't have the time for do it. Get really dirty and smell like oil for cars, that was my expectations before I being my internship. I was happy that in my internship we eat together and I work with five people not only one, and that let me choose or learn something new every day. My supervisors are really different each other, not only country there two from India and two from Jamaica, and the last one is African America. They are really different I like to work with all of they because Dany is fanny, Paul is the kind of person that is really concentrated, and the the other ones always let me work kind of alone but at the end they always have to supervise, so that the different to my expectations. The similar things in my internship and the school is that we work in group and independent as well. The different things is that I don't speak Spanish. I don't work in a office, but I think that the thing that I'm learning can help me to choose a career in the future. My relationship whit my official supervisor is not really good because he is the owner of Nok Auto Repairs, and he work in the office so in all day I just see him like 4 times. Whit the other mentors is good,interacting whit professional adults. We can be serious, concentrate, and laugh. My English is going  better because my mentors are immigrants too, and they don't speak my native language. M y hand writing abilities and new vocabularies because we have to do a kind of report of the cars when we are check they. My challenges are not to be afraid at some machines because some make really noise sounds when you are not do it the things right, and you can break the tool or the car that is not even yours. So frustrating!. It does really help eat whit my mentors because we can talk and I did tell they about my challenge or afraid and they say that break something in someone else car could happen to everyone even when you have experience and if someday that happen "we" will find the way to fixed that why they are mechanics. My internship does not affect in my homework, because I think I have a really flexible schedule, if I don't do the homework is because I'm lazy. My goals is get really strong in my internship, absorb or learn as much I can because I'm sure that know about cars will help me in the future. I think in New York are so much thinks to do.
